Winning combinations can occur if 3 or more matching symbols land on a win line, beginning from left to right.
Special symbols include the wild dice symbol and the bonus symbol. The dice wilds have 1, 2, or 3 dots, indicating the multiplier values they represent. The bonus symbol can appear on all the reels and can launch the Snakes & Ladders Board Bonus feature if 3+ land.
Snakes & Ladders Board Bonus feature
If 3 or more bonus symbols land, they trigger the Snakes & Ladders Board Bonus. Here you win a number of dice rolls, depending on how many bonus symbols landed. For example, 3, 4, or 5 scatters win you 12, 14, or 16 dice rolls. However, you could also trigger the feature via 4 or 5 bonus symbols. In this scenario, 1 of the bonus symbols can turn into a Snake Bonus symbol and win you 2 extra dice rolls for the next round.
A 12×12 grid with 144 squares appears when the bonus starts. You start the game on the 1st square on the board piece, with the monkey head token representing your moves. 2 dice can offer a random result from 1 to 6 on each roll. So, you move according to how many spaces the dice indicates. The different squares can potentially win you a range of random prizes as follows;
- Money award: random values of 4x to 100x your stake apply to the total win.
- Multiplier: awards a multiplier to the overall win when the token appears on it.
- Ladder: moves the token towards the top of the ladder.
- Snake: moves the monkey head token from the snake’s head to its tail.
- Banana: adds random money values to the board and removes all the other bananas.
- Final position: lands in the 144th position and awards 1,000x your stake.
In addition, the squares can have random hidden shortcuts called the rope charmer. They place the moving piece in a random position higher up on the board.
The feature has a guaranteed win potential of 20x your stake. If you have rolls ending with less than 20x your stake, Rage Mode activates, and the monkey head whizzes past a number of positions till it reaches the end of the grid. In the process, it can collect potential multipliers and other values.
You can re-trigger the bonus if you land on the 144th grid position. The feature starts again if you roll the dice and get a double. In addition, every time a double is rolled, it fills a section of the snake on top of the reels. If you manage to fill all 4 sections, you will be awarded a bonus re-trigger too.
Return To Player
Return to Player (RTP): 94.08%.
RTP is used to explain the potential money that an online slot or casino game can pay back to players. It appears as a percentage and is generally calculated from gameplay over a long duration of time.
For example, if a slot has a RTP of 97% this means that it could pay back £97 for every £100 wagered.
However, there is no guarantee that players will receive this amount, as slot payouts are entirely random.
